For more information on traffic safety issues we encourage you to attend the Oregon Transportation Safety Conference sponsored by ACTS Oregon on October 20-22, 2008 in Canyonville. Based on the statistics that are gathered each year, somewhere everyday across the great state of Oregon one life is lost on its roads. As we head toward the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays, some of the deadliest times of the year on the highways, we encourage you to stress and practice the following to your co-workers and families:
